In the recent weeks we have witnessed an unprecedented display of public demonstrations that is undoubtedly inspiring. The eyes of the world are placed on the debate on gun control in the US, and regardless of the country we are from, we can all see the urgency of a nation to demonstrate, to express its fervent desire for change.
Personally, I’m excited to see that young people are raising their voices. And especially young women, with a clarity in their convictions that I hope will spread to those who still doubt the power of their own voice.
In the streets is where the victories are conquered.
